From a Projects, Programme and Portfolio management perspective, our leadership are full members of the Association for Project Management, the Chartered Body for the Project Profession and we work with reference to the Body of Knowledge 7th edition.

To enable successful management of infrastructure projects, we are practitioners in the use of the New Engineering Contract and our Principals hold NEC4 2017 Diploma Certification to demonstrate appropriate skills in the use and application of the contract suite.

Our Industry Body Memberships include contributing to Thought Leadership and Insight networks and upholding related Codes of Ethics and Governance including those framed by membership of the Turnaround Management Association UK, Recruitment & Employment Confederation, Institute of Directors IoD and the Institute of Interim Management.

PEDIGREE

Warwick 3P was established in 2007 to provide independent transaction services (deal closure) for large scale, public private partnership PPP infrastructure Programmes and Projects . Our founders and partners have previously held senior roles on either side of the public-private sector divide, either as   commissioners/developers or private sector  service providers. Experience from “both sides of the fence” was a differentiator in creating Value across our early engagements, both for the ultimate client and market supplier. Since those early days, we have deepened our Offer and broadened our Expertise to now offer tailored services that positively change businesses, relationships and outcomes.  A selection of our key milestones are  highlighted below;

2007

Transaction Services - Commercial Deal Closure Management (5 deals closed in 3 years) provided to a European Government Department for establishment of a multi-billion Euro facilities Public-Private-Partnership PPP Programme.

2010 - 2012

Change & Programme Management Services within the European Regulated Utilities sector across a €10bn capital expenditure programme for critical infrastructure development.

2013

Exporting, Turnaround and BD Services provided to international Tier 2, midcap vendors within the engineering, construction and critical infrastructure space.

2014

Supplier Collaborations and M&A Services within Manufacturing, Construction and Product Distribution Sectors. Multiple Joint Ventures developed to maximise economies of scale within the European and Middle East manufacturing supply chains. 

2015

BD and Operational Services across large scale capital programmes within the European construction and international Oil & Gas sectors. Development and access services provided to the international Manpower Service sector also.

2016

M&A and BD Services within the international Oilfield Services and Industrial Maintenance markets in Australia, Europe and US. Providing growth, exporting and integration services including across LNG, Petrochem and Infrastructure segments.  

2018

New Markets and BD Services across post-acquisition phases of M&A deals within the Energy Sector including access to the allied markets of Infrastructure, Defence, Nuclear, Renewables, Transportation, Decommissioning and Industrial Production.

2019

Internationalisation, Operational and Development Services for PE backed operators within the Energy and Infrastructure asset development and maintenance markets. Alliances developed in Eurasia, North America, Middle East and Africa.    

2020 Onwards

Resilience, Recovery and Restructuring Services across a spectrum of international industry sectors, assisting turnaround in the new landscape of lower oil prices and post Cov19 re-emergence.
